I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy, which are both effective modalities for addressing debilitating symptoms of PTSD.
I utilize a variety of tools and methods in order to assist
clients through their journey of self-awareness, wellness, and recovery. Counseling can be beneficial to all individuals regardless of the severity of your concerns.
